Yes: There are any number of flatfoot surgeries. Probably one of the more powerful procedures is called subra last arthroereisis. You need a flexible flatfoot for this to be an option. Other types of flat surgery, for more rigid flatfoot, willbe much more involving. Go to hypocure.Com.

Yes: However, surgery should always be your last option, not the first. I suggest conservative treatment first consisting of physical therapy and custom orthotics. You can always have the surgery done later on.
