Look: If arch is low when standing its pronated. If high its supinated.

Feet do both: It is normal for feet to both pronate and supinate at differnt times the gait cycle. As a generality in stance, excessive pronated feet have low arches with feet turning out while supinated feet have higher arches and are more rigid. However, it is a lot more involved than that. Have your feet examined by a podiatrist is you have symptoms or need help.
