Need more informatio: Is there any fever? Any pain or blood on urination? U will need a blood count and probably an flat plate of the abdomen(x-ray). Als, may need a cat scan of the abdomen with and without contrast. Could be ovarian cysts or kidney stones. Are your noel's ok?
