No: I think you are asking if you can contract cancer if you come into contact with blood from someone who has cancer. If this is what you are asking, no. If you are asking if cancer can be detected by blood tests, it is possible, particularly with late stage cancer. Typically these tests are only done in patients with a history of cancer with suspicion for metastases.
