Accessory spleen: Or ectopic spleen tissue. Can be multiple. Usually about 1 cm in diameter. Present in up to 10% of population, usually harmless.; usually of no significance. Most common problem is misinterpretation of abdominal ct or MRI to be a tumor. I have seen a case of splenogonadal fusion with a splenunculus fused to left testicle ; originally incorrectly diagnosed as a testis tumor.
