Here are....: Enlarged spleen may result from: infections of viral, bacterial, parasitic origins; blood cancers; liver cirrhosis; hemolytic anemia, certain metabolic disorders, etc. And enlarged kidneys may be temporary by ureteral & renal venous obstruction, and by inflammation/infection, or progressive by inherent renal cysts &/or tumors, or by metastatic tumors, etc. Ask specific & personally pertinent Q!
