Get examined: It is possible that the pain in your left ribs is your spleen - have a doctor examine you. They can also check the urine and make sure no other problems are going on in addition to the mono.

Spleen: Spleen makes the most sense. Mono causes your spleen to enlarge. If it is very painful you need to see your doctor for assessment. Otherwise it should be a self limiting illness. Back pain and left leg pain are probably different things. I would see your doctor to put this all together for you.

Get checked now: If you are having pain in the left upper abdomen and have a diagnosis of mono, you need to be checked by a doctor. Mono can cause an enlarged spleen and on rare occasions, splenic rupture. Mono should not affect the kidney or leg, but you could be having referred pain from the spleen to those areas. My advice is to be seen ASAP.
