Agree with Dr Smith: Cognitive therapy was initially developed by dr beck 30+ years ago. One of his first students was dr beck. His book "feeling good" is a very good resource to help you learn the concepts of cognitive therapy even if you are not able to find a therapist to help you, but a therapist can help you use it effectively.
