Ganglion Cyst: I assume you are asking about a ganglion cyst, which commonly occurs on the dorsum of the wrist. The cheapest, most effective treatment is to rupture the cyst by striking it sharply with a heavy book. The cyst will rupture, and in many cases will not recur. If it does, it's easy to "retreat."
