What pattern?: If you need the drops, and the blur is momentary as the drop is taking its effect on the eye, then that is normal. If a drop entered your eye and made it blurry for a lengthy period of time, then that needs evaluation.

Many types of tears: There are many types of artificial tears often produced by the same manufacturer. Often they are packaged very similarly with similar names. Check the eye drop that you used. If it is a gel drop then it would be normal for the vision to be blurred. Some drops such as Systane Balance, Optive Advanced, and Soothe can also blur vision. Be sure that you did not mistakenly put a non-eye drop in!
