Had iritis for 2wks. was on the dilating drop homatropine 2% for a few days. now just on steroid drops. when will my vision be restored? still blurry.

Iritis: Depending on the severity of the iritis, it can take several weeks or months for vision to return to normal.

Iritis: The blur from homatripne can last a week. The more likely case is your blurr is due to inflammation in the eye. Sometimes that can even cause swelling of the center of your vision called macular edema. Treat the iritis aggressively!
