Iritis: Depending on the severity of the iritis, it can take several weeks or months for vision to return to normal.

Iritis: The blur from homatripne can last a week. The more likely case is your blurr is due to inflammation in the eye. Sometimes that can even cause swelling of the center of your vision called macular edema. Treat the iritis aggressively!
