Useful: Most vision correction is done with a laser (lasik or prk). This has been done millions of times throughout the world and like all surgery there are risks, but they are extremely small and most are extremely happy with the results.

Vision Correction: For the right patient, vision correction surgery can be life changing. However, these surgeries should not be taken lightly. A very detailed, thorough consultation and eye examination with an eye surgeon is invaluable in deciding on whether to pursue surgery. Not everyone is a good candidate for surgery. If you are a good candidate, the procedure can be very rewarding for the patient.

Very positive: Laser vision correction surgery has a very high success rate in properly selected patients. I have been doing this type of surgery for over 15 years and these are some of my most happy patients.
