No: To say something can heal implies a wound. The tailor bunion is a deformity and when painful, that is a symptom. Neither will "heal". If pressure is removed, the symptoms may resolve. The boney deformity will not go away. If it continues to be painful after conservative treatment fails, consider surgical correction.

A tailors bunion: Is a projection of bone sticking out. Hence, it is a structural deformity that can only go away with removal of the bump. However, pain or inflammation in that region can go away as long as there is no friction rubbing against it. Therefore, treatment options are change the shoes, pad the bunion or surgically have it fixed.

THE BUMP: Do you mean, will the bump ever go away? No, once it's there, it's an established bony problem. Only surgery can remove it.
