Part of that is true: Well, part of what you're feeling is already true to begin with, isn't it? Your testicles should feel lower than your stomach...BECAUSE THEY ARE.....And in actuality some males may even have penises which in the flaccid state may extend to beyond the level of the scrotum which puts them below the testicles....so in some people both statements are absolutely true.
