Discuss with MD: It is very important that this be discussed with your doctor. It is not possible for us to give you advise here as we don't even know the indication of your medication and your dose. Simply stopping it may be detrimental for you but then again you are bleeding a lot, and you know there is no antidote to the medicine. This case needs your and your doctor's attention and discussion.
