Of course there are: There are excellent psychotherapies that help with anxiety. You can work with a psychologist or other licensed mental health professional. Some psychiatrists also do psychotherapy, but they can also prescribe medications as needed. Other ways to help anxiety include meditation, yoga, classical homeopathy, some forms of acupuncture, magnesium, and certain botanicals.
