Lots to try: First, it sounds like you are quite distressed by your symptoms. There is hope for relief. Find a doctor who has a lot of experience treating fibromyalgia. Have them see if the bulging disc is responsible for any of your pain as it often is not. Treatment often requires a combination of physical therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. Meds like cymbalta, savella, (milnacipran) or Lyrica can be helpful too.

See MD: Both of your problems can be treated. There are several excellent medications for fibromyalgia. The disc bulge may respond to an epidural steroid injection. See your pcp and get a referral to a pain specialist.
