See a dentist: Geographic tongue by itself is not painful. You may have something else going on to cause the amount of pain you are experiencing. This needs to be seen to be diagnosed and treated. See a dentist or oral surgeon asap. Meanwhile avoid spicy, acidic foods and drinks, use otc pain relief like advil (ibuprofen) if you can take this.
