I have exessive bloating and pain in my left colon. i had scoliosis surgery 6 years ago. since then i am having terrible pain in my colon.

Its unlikely that it: Is from the scoliosis surgery and been going on for last 6 years. I am sure you have had it checked by a gen surgeon as well as the spine surgeon. Sometimes its helpful to be rechecked and reinvestigated to reach a diagnosis. I don't think you have any other option. Maybe a colonoscopic exam might be helpful. Good luck.
