I have had abdominal surgery and feel the scar tissue is wrapped around my colon, & can't eat due to pain and bloating. what should i do?

Go to your doctor.: Ask to get a ct scan of your abdomen. If there is problems with adhesions (scarring from surgery) it is most likely in the small bowel, not colon. Most of the time surgery is not needed.
