Tough to say: Can't make such an evaluation from your symptoms. Lots of things can cause that including gallbladder. Speak with surgeon tofind out and GI doctor.

Just those symptoms?: Surgery would not be done for those bloating and flatulence alone . If there was a surgical reason such as a gallbladder disease or twisted bowel etc then surgery might be considered but for those symptoms alone surgery should not be done.
