Got milk?: It can be highly beneficial or highly harmful. The camp for milk: you get calcium, potassium, and vitamin d. The camp against the milk: the latest data is pointing to a higher risk of prostate and ovarian cancer (evidence is somewhat mixed and weak). Moderation is the key. Consuming a cap of milk per day is fine.

Milk : Milk is a source of calcium . While you do need calcium, vitamin D and other minerals to help maintain bone density and prevent osteoporosis, you can meet these needs with other foods or dietary supplements. If you like milk, however, several glasses a day can meet your needs. Milk is not associated with breakouts and if you are worried about weight gain you can switch to low fat milk .
