Milia: This sounds like milia (http://www.Ncbi.Nlm.Nih.Gov/pubmedhealth/pmh0002343/), tiny while bumps/cysts on the face. It's common in newborns but is also seen in children and adults. Although these are harmless they can be easily removed by your dermatologist for cosmetic reasons.
