Fun food: Depending on the age of the child, you can get them interested in cooking and food preparation. Show them how to mix ingredients in a bowl. Older children can cut up vegetables and other ingredients. Gradually, involve them in the actual cooking, with close supervision. Also, you can sneak vegetable puree into various foods- ie. Pureed squash goes well in macaroni and cheese. They'll never know!
