Side effects: Doctors are or at least should be aware of the side effects of the medicines and their incidences and the bad ones of course on fluoroquinolones are cardiac and the achilles tendon and its interactions with other meds. The benefits and disadvantages should then be weighed whether they should be used in a person or not and alternatives should be sought if the decision is made.
