Go to PCP first.: You sound really depressed. Symptoms of depression include irritability, loss of interest in the things that you usually enjoy, sleep disturbances, withdrawal, appetite disturbances, lack of energy and motivation. Get help right now. Go to your pcp to start with.

That negativity: And the feelings of hatred may be related to depression. I see that you stopped taking your Celexa ; geodon (ziprasidone). Depression can negatively color how you see the world and how you feel about yourself. Some who is usually patient and tolerant may become irritable and miserable. I really encourage you to get back into treatment. Recommend combination of psychiatric management of your medications and >.
