Unlikely: Sundowners refers to dementia that worsens after sundown. Although still a mystery, this might be due to hormonal imbalance, accumulation of stress during he day, difficulty seeing as well at night, and other plausible reasons. Your symptoms may be similarly related but unlikely related to a dementia such as alzheimer's. But consider seeing your doctor for evaluation and referral.
