What can i do to relieve body aches when i'm on airplanes?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Muscle cramps: The most common aches are muscle cramps. Drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration. Wear compression socks/stockings but loose fitting clothes. Avoid crossing your legs. As soon as it is feasible, exercise (walking, yoga, calisthenics) when you are at your destination. If the flight is long enough, get up from your seat and walk the length of the airplane to break up the prolonged sitting period.
