This doesn't tell: There is nothing here to say "yes", but this doesn't rule most stuff out. You may have hpv / human papillomavirus, sypilis, chlamydia, hiv, hepatitis, crabs, herpes gonorrhea or trichomonas that is not active, the pap smear isn't about ruling these in or out; it is primarily a search for malignant / premalignant cells. I'm sorry if there was some confusion. Best wishes.
