A member asked:

I just noticed last night that when i smile one of my cheeks isn't sitting as high as the other, it's the same today, stroke at 25? no mouth drooping.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Several options: I agree it doesn't sound like stroke which would be expected to involve at a quadrant of the face at a time ; at age 25 i'd expect other types of things to be present in more dramatic fashion. Could you have just noticed the normal slight asymmetry we all have in our faces but usually don't focus on? Or could it be very very early bell's palsy. More info. Needed. Get thee to neurology. Cheers!
