Has anyone had a patient the exact symptoms of meniere's disease except the hearing loss? how did you treat it? what happened?

Menieres: Menieres is best treated by very low sodium diet and no caffeine. Although this will not reduce the tinnitus, vertigo may decrease. I am not aware of any other disease with one side tinnitus and vertigo, without one side hearing loss.
