Depends: Depends if you are having shoulder pain and your exam correlates w/ your pain and MRI findings.Your history doesn'tmention shoulder pain. If u do and it meets criteria above then arthroscopic repair(for2/3 partial thickness tear) would be done.Your symptoms suggest other possibilities in addition to your "mri diagnosis".
