How reassuring is a normal coronary angiogram? how accurate are they?

Very: Angiograms are highly accurate. Nothing is 100% but the angiogram is the "gold standard". Life doesn't come with guarantees, but a normal angiogram is about as close as you're going to come to that in reference to heart disease.
