Not naturally: Most people can't 'phase adjust' more than 15-30 minutes per night, so it'd take you up to a week to adjust (especially traveling east, which is usually harder because it's more difficult to set your internal clock earlier). Many people are prescribed sleep and/or wake-promoting meds to help more quickly adjust, especially when occupational demands require it.
