Depends on what done: This really depends on what was done. Non-surgical fillers are likely to resorb with the exception of artefill and silikon 1000. Surgical rearrangement, grafts, or flaps will experience tremendous initial swelling which subsequently resolves but leaves some permanent component. Implants may accomplish permanent resutls.
