Loose weight=best: The genu valgum will not change with any med or exercises, but if u r significantly overweight the loss will put less stress on ur knees. If this is very significant the only way 2 correct it is an osteotomy of the tibia the image shows only unilateral valgus deformity this does need correction. U need 2 c an orthopedic surgeon 4 evaluation.
