Easy to test for: Hi. Problems of thyroid function are the easiest things to test for in all of endocrinology. See your doctor and get tested. Then you'll know! But bear in mind the symptoms you mention are not specific for any thyroid problem, and they can all be seen in many conditions completely unrelated to thyroid function. So get your thyroid tested (TSH and free T4 for screening). Good luck!
