No: Genu valgum refers to a "knockkneed" alignment that is a result of bony anatomy and cannot be affected by exercise. Many times it is incidental, but if severe over time it can lead to problems in the outer side of the knee such as meniscus tears and arthritis.

Knock kneed: This is a congenital or acquired deformity of the knees that results in the knees being close together. Whether surgery is an option depends on the severity and your level of disability. See an orthopedic surgeon for a physical exam and to discuss treatment options. There are no special exercises that will help improve your deformity. Keeping ur wt down + ur legs strong by walking will help.
