Musculoskeletal: 20's female with chronic "waist pain" wants to know what is wrong. The problem is likely musculoskeletal. An osteopath can diagnose. Since an MRI has been negative, there is little likelihood of a mechanical disk problem. She might have a chronic musculoskeletal problem or chronic sacroiliac joint soft tissue disorder. There are certain specific physical exams to diagnose these problems.
