Late at night I have terrible lower back pain that leads down to my feet....What can I do? Sometimes its difficult to sleep

Evaluation: If there is anything structural in your back that is "pinching" nerve roots, this may be the cause of your problem. I would not hesitate in seeing your doctor soon to discuss further evaluation and treatments.
