Hard to say: Your si joint is inflamed but is it related to the surgery or is it a new problem. If surgery related, is it infected- then antibiotics are most important. If new problem like arthritis then some form of anti inflammatory drug is better. Anything from Ibuprofen on up to steroid might be used. See your pcp to begin sorting this out.

See details: I am not sure why that procedure should cause si joint inflammation unless infection is involved. Consider an MRI of the si joints and joint aspiration if the MRI suggests it is indicated.
