Re-evaluate: Avoid sugar, dairy, wheat, corn, rice and processed foods. Eat 6 equal meals a day with 6 servings of low glycemic vegetables and 1 apple spread out, breathe and relax for 5 minutes, then jump rope for 10 minutes. Do this every 3 hours. Get 8 hours of sleep and manage stress skilfully. Make sure you have sufficient vit d3, zinc and magnesium. Monitor your waist circumference to track fat loss.
