Sometimes yes.: But RA is a clinical diagnosis based upon history, exam, and lab tests, and not on MRI findings. Consult with your internist regarding more specific diagnosis.

MPA shows fusiform aneurysm (31mm). IVC dilated at 37mm. RA is 54mm, RVEDD is 49mm, LA is 58mm. Results were via a cardiac MRI. HX of cardiac paraganglioma and HTN (tumor removed/ medicated for BP). Is this pulmonary HTN? Is heart echo indicated?
