in my nose there is a sore. two weeks ago the sore was small, now it has grown in size. i can feel the air moving weirdly in my nose due to this.

Go to your MD: It is best to see your doctor as it may be a folliculitis or an infection of the hair follicles. It is difficult to make such diagnosis here, and if it is an infection it has to be treated before it gets any worse.
