Depends: In most hospitals they will test the mom's and baby's blood to determine how much you need (if any). You only need Rhogam if you are rh negative and baby is rh positive. So if baby is negative, you don't need any. On the other hand, if there was a large amount of transfer of fetal cells to mom from baby, you may need more than one dose of rhogam.
