What if a pregnant woman was given a rhogam shot when she and the father are rh-. what will happen to the fetus?

Nothing: The Rho-gam are antibodies against the Rh positive marker. If the mother and the father are Rh- then the baby can only be Rh-. The Rho-gam will not bind to anything.
