Sore Gums: What are you rinsing with? When was your last dental check-up and cleaning? This will require you seeing a dentist to determine the problem and what to do about it.

More info needed....: If your gums are sore they are inflamed. Why? Hard to tell over the internet. Bacteria stuck between your teeth and under the gumline can cause this soreness. Please call a local dentist for an exam and consult.

Source: Try and figure out what a recent history (diary) of why the gums are burning...What you ate, mouth breathing, meds, supplements, toothpaste change, new brush. I would not hesitate and would see a dentist asap.
