Old vs New Fx: You have either an old or new injury pending on the correlation of the images to the date of injury and (most importantly) current symptoms i.e. Pain. You should be examined by a sports medicine physician or an orthopedist, asap since you're having trouble bearing weight.

Your ankle has had a: Bad injury with ligament disruption with a bone fragment pulled off the lower end of the fibula, the smaller of the 2 bones of the leg ( the outer one).
