Infection: You most likely still have an infection. The incision and drainage procedure removed the bulk of the infection, but now the antibiotics you should be taking needs time to work on the rest of it. Considering the fever and swelling, you should be immediately contacting your surgeon for a follow-up and re-assessment of your healing.

Tooth abscess: It's extremely important that you contact the dentist who treated you immediately. The swelling and fever are likely the result of a serious infection that is not yet under control. These things can go downhill very quickly and require immediate attention. It might require further drainage, an increase or change in antibiotics, and certainly careful monitoring!

More treatment: The drainage, whether it be through the tooth or the gum/bone tissue may need additional drainage and you may also need antibiotics. I would call the office that did the draining and inquire asap.
