Two separate issues?: See your pcp or ENT specialist for ear infections and a dentist regarding any oral pain. Unlikely the two issues are related.

Pain: If you have sinus infection as well as ear infection, upper back teeth may hurt. Or you may have toothor gum infection concurrently with unrelated ear infection. Pull the trigger, call both your General Physician and your General Dentist for evaluations.
